The Uttar Pradesh government started a plan to increase tourism in Kashi (Varanasi). People visiting can explore the city for only 500 rupees. Under Yogi government, this plan promotes religious and spiritual tourism.

The guided tour covers five key landmarks in Kashi: Vishwanath Temple, Kaal Bhairav, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan, and Namo Ghat. The tour starts at Varanasi Railway Station. It uses electric AC buses as part of the City Transport Service.
